There are laundry facilities are onsite.  A friendly concierge is always available to assist guests. Upgrades and improvements were completed in January 2007.

    The rooms have cable TV and Wi-Fi, as well as mini-fridges and coffeemakers. The outdoor restaurant and bar serves lunch and dinner overlooking the marina, and there is also a second restaurant offering breakfast with views of the ocean. Guests can walk to the beach.
